Masochisia Review (PC)

By Naomi Brown () - 8.0 out of 10

Not for most players, Masochisia seems to be a true namesake in that it puts its players through a series of masochistic events designed to tortue and disturb. And while I'm always up for a good torture, disturb, scare the everliving crap outta me session; Masochisia is not a true horror game in that it's not frightening. Rather, it forces the player to delve into aspects of the human psyche that most sane individuals have no desire to visit and for that experience. I was not the most grateful, nor would I like to visit there ever again. Read More.

Legends of Eisenwald Review (PC)

By Naomi Brown () - 4.5 out of 10

Medieval warfare comes together in an interesting enough setting in Legends of Eisenwald, but it's wrapped in a dragon sized mess of questionable mechanics and frustrating scenarios. So while our brave heros could have a wonderful world in which to prove their mettle, we're left with a world in which more of their time is spent waiting around while the player tries to find the right place to click the mouse just to proceed with the simplest of tasks. Enforcer: Police Crime Action Review (PC)

By Naomi Brown () - 5.5 out of 10

Real cops don’t get to be television cops most of the time, and this game really brings the point home. Traffic stops and checking for drunks is a huge part of the experience here – be ready for some repetition. Read More.

The Walking Dead Season 2: No Going Back Review (X360)

By Naomi Brown () - 5.0 out of 10

This is a disapointing end for a long, tedious journey with Clementine and her supporting cast. And frankly, as sad as it is, we can't help but be a little happy to see this season finally limp to it's unfortunate ending. As much fun as we've had over the course of the series, it's just gotten to the point where the entire depressing series is almost too depressing for it's own good and we've been left with very little to care about or hope for in any kind of upcoming sequel. Indie Spotlight: Quest for Infamy Review (PC)

By Naomi Brown () - 6.5 out of 10

Quest for Infamy is a callback to some of the best and worst things about classic adventure games -- although it was fun to take the journey back to those nostalgic times with our irrepresible and incorragible antihero Roehm. His wisecracking antics were amusing enough to get me through most of the annoyances and missteps of the game, though it was a close call in some cases. Read More.

Pretentious Game Review (PC)

By Naomi Brown () - 2.0 out of 10

I was hoping that the title was a cute phrase meant to attract attention, but alas, it's nothing more than an advertisement as to the game's charms or lack of. I had hoped for a poetic, alternative experience to the tradtional game and got nothing more than wasted hours that I'd like to have back. Read More.

Our little Clementine grows up just a little bit more, facing not only the horrors of the zombie apocalypse, but the evils that lurk deep within the human psyche.
