THQ has released a free Co-op mode for Space Marine that's available for PC and PS3.  The Xbox 360 version is expected soon.

Called Exterminatus, is is seperate from the main game and allows players to pick the Tactical Marine, Devastator or Assault Marine to play with.  They will fight off enemy waves to earn points and ranks for the multiplayer mode as well. 

And it's totally free.
