With the announcement earlier this year of the pending release of Sony's NPG, it comes as no surprise to see that their PSP has gone down in price in turn.

Those who've been saving up for one will be happy to see that it's usual price of $170 has dropped to $130. This $40 difference will most likely result with an increase in PSP sales.

Along with the great new price for the PSP, Sony has decided to sweeten the deal by announcing that several great games for the PSP, such as LittleBigPlanet and Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker, will be added to their 'Greatest Hits' collection; a collection of games which sell for a mere $20 each.

These deals are already available in stores for anyone who wishes to start or expand on their PSP family.
