Crave Entertainment Group, Inc. ("CEG" or the Company) is a leading global publisher and distributor of interactive entertainment software for video game platforms manufactured by Sony, Nintendo and Sega, and the personal computer.

The development and publishing of the Company's software takes place through its subsidiary, Crave Entertainment, Inc. ("Crave"), utilizing external development studios closely supervised by internal production teams. The Company has, among others, exclusive development and publishing agreements with Liquid Entertainment, comprised of individuals from Westwood Studios, makers of the Command & Conquer series of games, Irrational Games, makers of System Shock 2 and Thief, Natsume, copublisher of the Reel Fishing and Harvest Moon franchises, and Treyarch Inventions. Additionally, the Company has licensing agreements for some of the foremost properties in the world, including: Men in Black, Godzilla, Ultimate Fighting Championship and Tony Hawk's Pro Skater.

The Company distributes its own branded software, as well as software, hardware and related products of third parties, through its subsidiary, SVG Distribution, Inc. ("SVG"). Through internal expansion, SVG has become one of the largest distributors of video games in North America. SVG's leading position is extremely beneficial to Crave in getting its published titles to market. In addition, the distribution business provides steady cash flow, which supports the Company's development and publishing efforts. SVG distributes to over 20,000 retail outlets, including Wal-Mart, Toys R Us, Electronics Boutique, and Best Buy, as well as a number of non-traditional outlets such as specialty retailers and grocery and drug stores.
