But Take-Two may not be finished this year according to GamePolitics, reporting that the Wii version of Manhunt 2 has Florida Attorney General Bill McCollum "concerned." Fox News is reportedly in possesion of an interview with McCollum, wherein he shot down the way the game may utilize the motion-sensing Wiimote, getting its players virtually stabbing, clubbing, and strangling their enemies.
Of course McCollum's representative has stated that he "is concerned about any games which may instill violence in children, particularly games that encourage children to engage in violent behavior, even in simulation." The rep also said he stressed the importance of the parental role in keeping negative influences away from children.
To which I reply, and you can quote me on this, "Duh."
