SEGA of America announced today that its highly destructive and award-winning combat-racing title, Full Auto, has shipped nationwide to retailers and is available for the Xbox 360 video game and entertainment system from Microsoft. The first game to ship for the Xbox 360 in 2006, Full Auto is a next-generation, arcade-style combat-racer that combines weapon-equipped vehicles with highly detailed, fully destructible urban environments for fierce combat and reckless destruction. In conjunction with its release, SEGA is also offering a free Limited Edition Full Auto Xbox 360 faceplate at select retailers while supplies last.

“Full Auto redefines racing combat with its groundbreaking graphics, advanced technology and extensive multiplayer support via Xbox Live,” said Scott A Steinberg, Vice President of Marketing, SEGA of America. “This game sets the bar for destruction; it’s the next-gen racing-combat that fans have been waiting for.”

The vehicular combat in Full Auto is available through more than ten modes, including an 80-event Career mode. Full Auto also features a never before-seen “Unwreck” feature allows players to rewind time and get a second chance at escaping death. Epic explosions, mass carnage and blistering gunfire are all part of this fully destructible combat-racer, where players can enjoy intense battles on Xbox Live and never see the same wreck twice.
