The Xbox Presents Much Unleashed 2005 Tour, founded by MuchMusic and Microsoft Canada, is back for another summer, bringing the latest in gaming, music and technology to Canadians coast-to-coast. Audiences are invited to join the Unleashed Tour at over 100 events to win tonnes of great prizes, including backstage passes to concerts from one of this year’s three featured artists: Will Smith, Theory of a Deadman or My Chemical Romance. Participants will not want to miss VJ Jenn Hollett this weekend at the WSWBC Wakeboard Provincials on Shumway Lake near Kamloops, BC. Jenn will also be joining the Unleashed crew on a number of occasions throughout the summer, adding to the experience.

The Xbox Presents Much Unleashed Tour is managed by Toronto-based CIM Ltd., a leading marketing agency and one of Canada’s 50 Best Managed Companies. This year the Unleashed Tour has teamed up with Bell Sympatico/MSN, Solo Mobile and Slurpee only at 7-Eleven bringing even more cool products, prizes and fun. This year’s Unleashed Tour delivers an exciting sneak peek at Xbox 360, the future-generation video game and entertainment system. With the Xbox 360 in stores this holiday season, the Unleashed Tour will offer an early look at a new era of digital entertainment that is always connected, always personalized and always in high definition.

“Last year’s tour generated amazing feedback from across the country, so we really wanted to add something special to the mix this time around,” said Dawn Martynuik, Promotions and Partnership Manager, Microsoft Canada. “The preview of Xbox 360 will give people a taste of the amazing experiences they can look forward to this holiday, and really get everyone excited on the tour.”
