Epic Mickey is a game that tries to be more than it is, but then doesn't do well at what it should be. Created by Warren Spector himself with a great big helping of Disney licenses, it's the adventure of our favourite corporate mascot as he finds himself in world filled with old remnants of animation, forgotten characters and a evil force that is pretty much up to wrecking all the stuff all the time. Okay, let's get one thing out of the way right now this game is not "just an expansion pack." The definition of an expansion pack is something that builds upon the original game in some fashion. Fallout: New Vegas is an entirely new story, totally unconnected from the story we experienced in Fallout 3. Read More.
Call of Duty has quickly become the flagship series for first-person shooters, and for good reason. For years now, they've provided epic, cinematic-driven campaigns, and insanely addictive multiplayer modes. And even though a new Call of Duty is released every year, the games have been split up between developers Infinity Ward and Treyarch, which has helped keep the series fresh. Read More.
The original Dead Rising brought a premise everyone has wondered about in the past, and brought it into fruition: thousands of zombies, a shopping mall full of things to kill them with, three days to do it in. It was good fun, allowing your creativity to reign, and though it had its own little issues, it was popular enought to warrant a sequel. Read More.
Like lemmings, but with fish, is how Aqua Panic was first described to me. That's not entirely the case the fish don't move on their own, but with the flows of physics-based water, and tools are used by the cursor, not the fish themselves but it still has that same puzzling gameplay that can have you pulling your hair out as the levels get tougher and tougher. I was always curious about the Front Mission series, but since I have a rather abysmal track record with tactical RPGs, I stood clear of them. No amount of giant robot action could sway my opinion when I was young. Now with Front Mission Evolved, the series has swayed from its tactical roots and been changed to a third-person mech shooter. Once upon a time, when I was knee high to a grasshopper, Nintendo brought out a Rare developed shooter that took the console world by storm. Sure, first person shooters were nothing new in a world that already featured the likes of Doom and Duke Nukem, but GoldenEye 007 brought solid control and addictive multiplayer the likes of which consoles had never seen. Vanquish doesn't exactly get off on the right foot. Oh sure the graphics are awesome, the gameplay is frantic as hell and everything is almost ridiculously responsive but almost as soon as you turn the game on you start dying. Vanquish is a very hard game that doesn't exactly ease newcomers into the experience plus there are numerous quirks with the gameplay itself that take a whole lot of warming up. Read More.
Reach, the begining of it all. Before there was Master Chief, there was Noble Team. Their efforts started to turn the tide of war in the battle against the covenant. Before the discovery of the alien rings, humanity took a stand, and these actions helped paved the way for the ultimate victory they so longed for. Read More.

It's now been over ten years since the first Smackdown vs. RAW was first released. The wrestling series has consistently provided enjoyable WWE action to fans over the years, with tons of customization and modes to keep them busy until the next iteration came out. Read More.
If you ask me, and since you're reading this review you are; DJ Hero last year gave the music genre a nicely needed shot in the arm. In a landscape dominated by Guitar Heroes and Rock Bands, it was a breath of fresh air to play a game that not only gave other genres like hip-hop and rap a starring role, but that also depended on an entirely new way to play the music, in this case a plastic turntable. Ah, Guitar Hero. remember playing the first game fondly, hearing songs that I'd never heard before, getting into a lot of the lesser-known hits. Good times with friends were had. Then more of the series kept coming out, more and more, and I just got, well, bored of how it all seemed to lack that punch that the first game gave. Read More.
Ninja Theory is a fairly impressive title. Their first title, Kung Fu Chaos, was released in 2003 to fairly middling reviews. It wasn't until 2007 when they wowed the gaming world with Heavenly Sword for the PS3. While that game had some issues it's free-form combat, Hollywood quality motion capture and some of the best voice acting ever featured in a video game. Read More.
