Tecmo announced today that Ninja GaidenŽSigma, is attacking its way onto store shelves everywhere tomorrow, July 3rd on the PlayStation 3. Sigma offers new weapons and combos, new enemies and bosses, new stages and missions, and for the first time ever Rachel the Fiend Hunter as a playable character all in the beautifully crisp 1080p resolution.

"Ninja Gaiden Sigma is the game we've been waiting for since the rebirth of the franchise. Complete with HD graphics, lightning-fast gameplay, and a more robust storyline, Sigma is the definitive version of Ninja Gaiden to own," says Yoh Watanabe, Marketing Manager. "Gamers returning to the series will enjoy Sigma just as much as those new to the world of Ninja Gaiden."

Ryu Hayabusa is back at it with even more decapitations, jump kicks, and slice-n-dice action in over 50 missions and 19 Chapters. Compete against the rest of the world and upload your Karma scores and stats to the leaderboards on the PlayStation Network.
