Atari's Dragonshard Pushed Back
Real-time strategy game to ship towards the end of September.

Atari and Liquid Entertainment announced today that the release date for Dragonshard, the highly-anticipated real-time strategy game based on the exciting new Dungeons & Dragons universe, Eberron, has been moved to September 20, 2005. The game was previously slated for release in Summer 2005.

"Dragonshard is a deep and complex project, and we are committed to delivering a game that meets the expectations of Atari, Liquid, and D&D fans," said Ed Del Castillo Co-Founder of Liquid Entertainment. "Liquid and Atari want to ensure that Dragonshard benefits from the highest production values. Atari has been very supportive and is committed to helping us provide a real-time strategy that authentically captures the D&D universe and the exciting world of Eberron."
