Computer and video game publisher GodGames, a subsidiary of Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc., and developer Terminal Reality today announce that 4x4 EVO 2 for the PC and the Xbox video game system from Microsoft has shipped to stores. The game combines real-world vehicles and photo-realistic graphics, and propels the off-road racing genre into the next generation.

"The release of our first Xbox title coincides perfectly with Microsoft's global launch of their revolutionary console," said Kelly Sumner, chief executive officer of Take-Two Interactive. "This platform is the perfect showcase for the next evolution of the '4x4 EVO' franchise, bringing the most realistic off-road racing experience to gamers everywhere."

Adding a variety of new twists and turns to the original game, "4x4 EVO 2" features more than 120 photo-realistic, top of the line Sport Utility Vehicles and 4x4 vehicles from nine major manufactures. Players participate in unpredictable, wild off-road races while exploring more than 35 expansive outdoor tracks in the most exotic places around the world.

Players can put their racing skills to the test in "4x4 EVO 2"'s mission-based adventure system as they explore, rescue, and compete through all new career modes. In addition to individual racing, 4x4 EVO 2 gives virtual drivers the chance to join a factory race team or 4x4 club, gain access to manufacturers' exclusive 4x4 racing vehicles, and compete in legendary off-road races.
