Strategy First and Flying Lab Software announced today that a patch has been released for their highly praised rail strategy game, Rails Across America.

The patch will be an auto-update and will also be available for download from www.strategyfirst.com. It fixes a minor multiplayer sync bug and removes a reference to terrorists on the Terrorist Attack influence card. Due to the recent tragedies in the US, Strategy First and Flying Lab felt it was appropriate to remove the reference to terrorists in the game.

Rails Across America, released September 18th, 2001, is receiving critical acclaim from both the gaming press and gaming community as one of the most popular rail strategy games to come out this year. Likely to please fans of both the strategy and sim genres, it takes the Railroad Tycoon II model to a higher level and allows players to acquire a richer experience of running an entire railroad empire.
