Groove Announces New Flagship Development Studio
Bedlam to develop next-gen games based on original IP.

Groove Games, a global interactive entertainment software publisher, today announced Bedlam, a new flagship studio dedicated to the development of triple-A games based on original intellectual property. Bedlam’s mission is to create innovative gameplay experiences born of exceptional design and realized by a world-class team in an unparalleled work environment.

“At Bedlam, we promote creativity and empower our employees to take daring new strides when designing games,” said Zandro Chan, Director of Game Development at Bedlam. “The growing team brings triple-A development experience to the table, and we look forward to releasing details about our first project shortly.”

Members of the Toronto-based Bedlam team have worked on a strong portfolio of titles including “Silent Hill,” “Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas,” “Manhunt,” and “The Warriors.” The veteran group is comprised of former EA Canada, Ubisoft, and Rockstar employees, and contributes experience from the videogame, film, television, and graphics industries.
