JoWooD Productions Software AG and Ravensburger Interactive Media GmbH have signed agreement for the distribution of the following titles - RIM Battle Planets, Aquanox, S.W.I.N.E., Etherlords and Car Tycoon. This diverse range of titles includes assorted product genres - from 3D action-shooters to business simulation.

Fishtank Interactive, Ravensburger's software entertainment label, has built a good reputation in German-speaking territories, especially with Aquanox - and has now passed on the distribution rights for the titles in the UK, Scandinavia, Benelux, Spain, Portugal, Latin-America, Mid- and Eastern Europe (except for Hungary, Poland and Russia)* over to JoWooD.

"The co-operation with JoWooD is of the utmost importance for us, since it covers exactly those gaps in our global distribution network that are important for a truly global presence of our young label Fishtank. This cooperation is a strong illustration of our business vision as a German publisher with games of international format and potential. We are looking forward confidently as the portfolio of upcoming releases for this year 2002 includes 8 high quality games to be published by Fishtank Interactive." according to Managing Director of Ravensburger Interactive, Thomas Kirchenkamp.

Andreas Tobler, JoWooD's President and CEO said, "This agreement is a positive beginning for the year 2002. We are now able to offer a comprehensive product portfolio to a great market, with Ravensburger's trust in our distribution and marketing channels. What is so special about this co-op is the fact that one of our very own development studios created one of the titles - Aquanox. As last year, we continue to pursue further distribution deals."

Ravensburger Interactive Media GmbH is joining the already high-profile list of JoWooD partners, consisting like Disney or Phenomedia, participating in the great experience of JoWooD in publishing interactive entertainment.
