Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc. and Holistic Design, Inc announced today the release of the "Mall Tycoon" demo, now available at www.malltycoon.com. The game gives players the opportunity to design, build, and run the 3D retail empire of their dreams. "Mall Tycoon" for the PC is due to ship in January 2002.

The "Mall Tycoon" demo allows players to design, build, and manage a mall. Players mix and match 16 distinct products and services, like pizza parlors and clothing boutiques in a vibrant 3D world. Gameplay features a 360-degree rotating camera and multiple zoom levels. After mastering the tutorial, players will face the challenge of creating successful stores and festive seasonal events to become the ultimate mall tycoon.
