Liohead Studios revealed today that the original tale of Albion deserves a second read through.

Entitled Fable Anniversary, the game will be an HD remake of the original Fable and will include quests from Fable: The Lost Chapters as well. Xbox Wire reports that the game will be given achievements, quicker loading times, an all new interface and even support Xbox SmartGlass. Timmins also revealed that the game will have a leaderboard that tracks who is the best chicken punter in Albion.

“We’re really excited to be bringing a re-mastered version of Fable: The Lost Chapters to the Xbox 360." said Ted Timmins, Lead Designer for Fable Anniversary. "It’s been one of the biggest community requests as we know how much the fans love the original game.”
