Speedball 2: Tournament Giveaway Official Contest Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. To enter, register a free community account, and redeem at least forty (40) GameRewards points for an entry. GameRewards points are awarded to users free of charge by simply surfing GamingExcellence while logged in, or posting to our community forums.
To be eligible, entries must be completed and received on or by the closing date of the draw. Incomplete entries will be disqualified. All entries shall become the property of Auracore MediaWorks. Auracore MediaWorks is not responsible for lost, misdirected or delayed entries. Entries received by telephone, fax, courier or personal delivery will not be accepted.
- Void where prohibited by law. The contest is open to those at least 14 years of age. Contributors and affiliates of GamingExcellence, its parent company Auracore MediaWorks., its contest sponsor, advertising and promotional agencies and their respective affiliates and associates and such employees' immediate family members are excluded from this contest.
- Auracore MediaWorks and contest sponsors are not responsible or liable for entries that are lost, misdirected, delayed, destroyed or lost in delivery. There is also no responsibility or liability for any potential entrant's inability to access the website for contest entry.
- The prize is not redeemable in cash and must be accepted as awarded. Decisions of the contest judges are final.
- By claiming the prize, the winner authorizes the use, without additional compensation of his or her name and/or likeness and/or voice/photograph and municipality of residence for promotion and/or advertising purposes in any manner and in any medium (including without limitation, radio broadcasts, newspapers and other publications and in television or film releases, slides, videotape, distribution over the internet and picture date storage) which Auracore MediaWorks may deem appropriate.
- In accepting the prize, the winner, and any guest(s), acknowledges that GamingExcellence or it's parent company, Auracore MediaWorks, may not be held liable for any loss, damages or injury associated with accepting or using this prize(s).
- Chances of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
- The person(s) whose name(s) is drawn as being the winner(s) of the specific prize will be required to answer a time-limited skill-testing question before the prize is awarded. Winners will be notified via e-mail, and their usernames published on the GamingExcellence community forums.
- Detailed contest rules applicable to this contest, including contest entry dates, how to enter, and prize value, number and any restrictions applicable to these prizes are available upon request. Winners will be chosen via a random selection of all valid entries received.
- Potential prize winners must provide legal, valid, and complete photo identification with the same detail as is on the entry form to claim a prize. Failure to provide such will be considered a forfeiture of the prize. Potential prize winners will be required to complete a waiver/release form in order to claim their prize.
- Auracore MediaWorks retains the rights, in its absolute and sole discretion, to make substitutions of equivalent kind or approximate value in the event of the unavailability of any prize or component of the prize for any reason whatsoever.
- Auracore MediaWorks reserves the right to withdraw or terminate this contest at any time without prior notice.
- Approximate value of prize(s) are $30.00 CDN each.
- Contest open to residents of the United States and Canada only.
- Multiple entries are permitted, so long as the appropriate number of GameRewards points are redeemed for each contest entry. Each individual is permitted one account. Duplicate accounts are grounds for disqualification from the contest.
- This contest is subject to the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada as may be applicable.
